I like the toilet flush that is like a tap that increases in pressure to wash the toilet bowl if necessary and does not finish after a flush until you turn off the tap. Great idea. I like the bidet in the room. It was clean and the hotel staff were fine. I liked the second door to block noise from the lift and staircase.

Room: simple but clean with all the products you need Breakfast: not "luxus" but fesh, variate and tasty Location: The first time I booked a room at Hotel Flora was because of its location. The Centrale is located just a few steps away and even the Metro has an entrance on the corner. Buses run to Malpensa and Linate almost at all times of the day or night.

The front desk staff were all welcoming, professional and gave good advice and tips for traveling especially since they recognised I was a solo traveler. The breakfast was decent, you can get enough fruit, cereals, cheese (I don't eat meat) and teas, coffees and juices that would hold you for the morning. The breakfast staff were helpful and efficient. The bathroom seemed to have been a recent upgrade, clean, and well lit and the complimentary toiletries were good. The location is good as well, about a 7 minute walk to the station, a nice restaurant opposite of the hotel and a grocery about 10 minutes away.

Very close to Milano Centrale, minimarket Penny is right behind the corner. Automatic doors - the greatest thing especially when your hands are full with luggage. Very clean, one day different housemaids came twice to clean my room :) Very good breakfast. Friendly, polite and helpful staff, especially Mr Karim, always greeting guests using their names - he is a credit to the hotel. In the evening you can always ask for boiled water at the reception in case you need it.

The location is perfect for exploring the city because it is right next to the subway and many bus stops. Furthermore, it is next to the central railway station and shuttle stops. The staff was very helpful! We arrived earlier and the kept our luggage safe and labeled. The receptionist informed us where to buy public transport cards. We arrived pretty late to check in and the bar was closing but when we asked for a couple of teas they made them and allowed us to take the cups in our room. The room has all the necessary amenities and even more. The breakfast is more than decent.

Just a 5-minute walk to Milano Centrale (trains, subway, buses, tour pick-up point). There's an underground walkway less than 50 meters away from the hotel which leads to the station. Lots of restaurants around the area. I like the automatic doors at the main entrance - very handy if you're carrying lots of stuff.

The location is very near the central train station, near a nice restaurant too. Safe place to stay. Delicious buffet breakfast available. The staff in the dining room is very accommodating, i think her name is Marina? She is very good and she provided us with a paper bag for leftovers 😁, which is great for the road. We were allowed to stay an extra hour out of concern with my little one who was asleep after taking medication for toothache. You can leave your luggage free of charge after check out. The reception staff are very friendly and accommodating too, unfortunately i forgot his name, ( on our last day) he was the one who interpreted to Marina what we need in the dining room. Thank you to Kuya Romeo and there was one cleaning staff I forgot to ask his name and didn't notice his name badge either who made sure our room and facilities clean all the time. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle in central milano. And if you love a sumptuous breakky too.🥰

Great proximity to the train station and the buses to the airport. A nice comfortable bed and good air conditioning as the weather was very hot in Milan in August. Loved the fact that breakfast is included. The staff were very helpful as I accidentally left my credit card behind on the counter when checking out and they rang me before I had time to leave for the airport so I could come back and retrieve it. I also thought the cost was reasonable for the standard of hotel and I was pleased I chose to stay here. Lots of restaurants nearby and a little supermarket around the corner too.
