The location is very near the central train station, near a nice restaurant too. Safe place to stay. Delicious buffet breakfast available. The staff in the dining room is very accommodating, i think her name is Marina? She is very good and she provided us with a paper bag for leftovers 😁, which is great for the road. We were allowed to stay an extra hour out of concern with my little one who was asleep after taking medication for toothache. You can leave your luggage free of charge after check out. The reception staff are very friendly and accommodating too, unfortunately i forgot his name, ( on our last day) he was the one who interpreted to Marina what we need in the dining room. Thank you to Kuya Romeo and there was one cleaning staff I forgot to ask his name and didn't notice his name badge either who made sure our room and facilities clean all the time. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle in central milano. And if you love a sumptuous breakky too.🥰

The breakfast staff were helpful and efficient. The bathroom seemed to have been a recent upgrade, clean, and well lit and the complimentary toiletries were good. The location is good as well, about a 7 minute walk to the station, a nice restaurant opposite of the hotel and a grocery about 10 minutes away.
