I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Flora in Milan for two nights, and it exceeded my expectations in several ways. First and foremost, the hotel's location is fantastic. It's conveniently close to both the metro and the central station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. This was a major plus for me as it allowed me to maximize my time exploring Milan without worrying about long commutes. The hotel facilities were impressive as well. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting environment. It perfectly suited my needs for a proper and restful stay. Additionally, the amenities offered were top-notch, contributing to a very pleasant experience overall. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food served each morning were excellent, ensuring a great start to the day. It was clear that the hotel takes pride in providing a satisfying dining experience for its guests. In summary, Hotel Flora in Milan offers a superb combination of excellent location, comfortable and clean accommodations, and a delightful breakfast. Our second stay at this hotel was just as impressive as the first. The location remains unbeatable, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. The vibrant neighborhood, filled with dining options, is perfect for both business and leisure trips. This time, we were once again pleased with the efficient luggage storage service. The staff handled our bags promptly and securely, allowing us to enjoy our first day in Milan without any hassle. The cleanliness of the hotel continues to be outstanding, with spotless rooms and diligent housekeeping maintaining high standards throughout our stay. The rooms are a little small, but they are perfectly adequate for sleeping. Additionally, the Italian breakfast was a delightful highlight, offering a variety of delicious options that provided a perfect start to our mornings. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again.

The front desk staff were all welcoming, professional and gave good advice and tips for traveling especially since they recognised I was a solo traveler. The breakfast was decent, you can get enough fruit, cereals, cheese (I don't eat meat) and teas, coffees and juices that would hold you for the morning. The breakfast staff were helpful and efficient. The bathroom seemed to have been a recent upgrade, clean, and well lit and the complimentary toiletries were good. The location is good as well, about a 7 minute walk to the station, a nice restaurant opposite of the hotel and a grocery about 10 minutes away.

Very close to Milano Centrale, minimarket Penny is right behind the corner. Automatic doors - the greatest thing especially when your hands are full with luggage. Very clean, one day different housemaids came twice to clean my room :) Very good breakfast. Friendly, polite and helpful staff, especially Mr Karim, always greeting guests using their names - he is a credit to the hotel. In the evening you can always ask for boiled water at the reception in case you need it.

New bathroom with two sinks! and bathroom was quite spacious! Location is perfect. We arrived in Milan by car and we parked at the garage (box costs 30 euro per night but hotel is by the rail station so better to keep your car safe). Renzo was very very kind.
